Hello Friends,
Hello Stampin friends,
I hope you have had a great Bank holiday weekend if your in the UK, It’s been a super busy one here in the Fee household, Planting fresh spring plants and vegetables in our garden, having a general tidy round weeding and such. Don’t you just love it when you think you have bought enough compost to cover what your planting to realise ooopps nope you haven’t!!
The excitement is brewing here at Stampin Up, new annual Stampin Up! catalogue will be released tomorrow, and I can’t wait. I only purchased the new colours plus two bundles on preorder and today’s creation using one of them the Cheerful Daisies Bundle is quite charming I have to say, and I can’t wait to have a proper play with it as I only managed this morning to break it out and ink it up as we are CASEIng my lovely talented friend Charlet Mallett this week!
The weekly challenge over at Global Design Project Challenge Blog HERE is CASE the Designer week.
Cheerful Daisies
I love Charlet’s style, and was pleased to CASE this gorgeous card she created, I chose to CASE the Layout and fabulous watercoloured background. I have used the brand new incolours that are being released tomorrow, pebble path and wild wheat! Creating an oblong of water on some Fluid 100 watercolour card and coloured using ink from the lid of my ink pads that I squeezed together. Then splatted using a pebble path stampin blend. I then used the retired (so sad) stitched with whimsy dies.
All images are stamped using pebble path ink, Sentiment and label die is from the cheerful daisies dies.
Now I am chuffed as punch to get these colours in our colour selection they truly are my favourite colours of all time along with Copper Clay, those that know me will verify ha ha!
I have to say I must be ahead of the fashion stakes, as I fell in love with some fabric maybe 5/6 yrs back and had some bespoke curtains made with it. Check the photo out below!!
