Hello Friends,

I hope you have had a wonderful Easter weekend, the weather here in Dartford U.K has been better than anticipated, I even got out in the garden for a tidy up ready for well, summer now as spring has not made an appearance as yet!!

The weekly challenge over at Global Design Project Challenge Blog HERE, is a colour combo challenge week, and I have made a yummy milkshake creation.

Share A Milkshake Stamp Set!| Colour Combo Challenge!

Now I won’t lie this colour combo certainly gave me brain ache. I love the Daffodil and Pumpkin together it was the popping Tahitian that was blocking my creativity, I suppose it’s a little too fluorescent a blue for me I think, So I went through my stamp stash and came across the Share a Milkshake set and I am so pleased its carrying into the new Annual as I hadn’t even used it, was too busy stamping those bunnies I think ha ha!

Anyway I thought immediately Peach Melba, as it has an Icecream image in the set, But I loved the Milkshake image and who says you can create a Peach Melba flavour Milkshake eh? And that Tahitian Tide was just perfect for the background layer making the Milkshake pop off the card!

Those little white squares are the from the mesh like die waste not want not, I thought they worked perfectly and would be so useful for a shaker style card too, I used Adhesive Sheets when i cut out the mesh die so those little excess bits were already to go for sticking on. Those fabulous sequins form the For Everything Fancy Sequins set in all shapes, sizes and shades of colours that are sadly retiring. You get 3 big pots one blue, one pink and one green, you can purchase them HERE.
