I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, we currently have sunshine here in Dartford, and I soooo want to get our in that garden and rescue what I can from the snow we had. I love Hydrangeas, Peonies and wildflowers, So the Colour Challenge this week over at Global Design Project was great for the Dainty Delight Stamp Set that’s taken over my craft desk I can’t stop using it..

I will admit this colour challenge palette had me super stumped, but what is a challenge if it don’t challenge you right?
Dainty Delight Stamp Set!| Colour Challenge!
I played around for a while and decided to pull in a couple of others sets I thought co ordinated very well with the Dainty Delight stamp set, The background was created using the 2nd generation stamping technique the image is from Framed Florets stamp set, this was stamped in Blushing Bride ink. and then I used a stampin write marker for the splats to add interest so that the background wasn’t too stark.
Creating texture and interest I added some die cut leaves in white from the Dainty Delight Dies , The flowers were coloured using Fresh Freesia and Highland Heather Stampin Blends.The sentiment is from the Fragrant Flowers Stamp Set.
