Today I am joining in the 30 Day Christmas Card Making Challenge 2022, my friend and fellow Stampin Up Artisan Design Team member Martin Stone from Martin’s Mayhem is currently running for the month of November 2022, and Day One is Something Red.
I immediately turned to the Boughs of Holly Designer Series Papers from Stampin Up! You can’t not use a Poinsettia Flower on a Christmas Challenge that is all about using Red can you?
Boughs Of Holly!| Day One Challenge!
I used Real Red for my card base and layer, dry embossing the mat layer with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder, Die cut a pretty fancy edged circle in Gold Glimmer card from the Labels Aglow Dies in the Winter Mini Catalogue. The sentiment is from the co ordinating Stamp Set Brightest Glow.
Add some Gold Adhesive-backed Swirls from the NEW Fitting Florets suite that has been released today, and some Gold Festive Pearls, I think I have met the brief of the challenge quite well don’t you think?
