Case The Designer Challenge!
Here at the Global Design Project Challenge we start the new year with a CASE The Designer Challenge we are CASING the fabulous Connie Collins and what a beautiful card to case!

I loved the layout of Connie’s card and so I went in that direction, The heart which comes from the the new upcoming catalogue and is called the Love & Happiness Bundle, It’s the Hybrid Bouquet of Love Hybrid embossing folder set which includes a selection of co ordinating dies is coupled with the stitched rectangles and the linen thread.
Firstly I used versamark Ink to make the background on the rectangles and I pulled apart a piece of linen thread to give the bow a softer look.
Then I stamped the image in Tuxedo Memento Ink, and coloured using Stampin Blends, Highland Heather and Just Jade and trimmed the image cutting off the section I wanted.
