Casing Shelli!

Hello My Crafty Friends,

It’s a case at the Stampin Creative Blog Hop this month!

The creative team are casing our fabulous Co Founder of Stampin Up!

Shelli Gardner.

Shelli has a beautiful vintage style and it was a pleasure to case one of her gorgeous projects.

I chose to case this cute box, 

Casing the colour, the style and the butterfly, and then adding some vintage stylee stamping using the Positive Thoughts Stamp Set. 

I started with some watercolour paper, and some Costal Cabana re inker, a water brush and away I went, I put a wash of water over the paper, and then added some to the wet brush and layered some colour on to the wet paper!

I splattered copper re inker, you can use the copper embossing powder, on top of water splats and set with heat gun,  I splatter some Costal Cabana ink with the water brush, and the s one white ink from the white ink pad, I then stamped randomly images from the stamp set using Costal Cabana and then I scuffed the edges of the layer,.

The Butterfly is die cut form the beautiful Springtime Impressions Die Set, I then wiped Versamark around the edges and threw some copper embossing powder and heat set with the heat gun!

And adhered to the watercolour layer,I also did the same to I piece of Bermuda Bay, added some white sheer ribbon a sprinkling of sequins and rhinestones add a sentiment.
