Stampin′ Up! demonstrators have a long history of making a difference in the lives of others–especially when disaster strikes and the need is greatest. So it was not surprising that so many demonstrators have contacted us in the past week asking what the plan is for helping to provide relief for those who continue to suffer from the effects of the earthquake that struck Haiti on 12 January.
Here is the plan:
From now until 28 February, 2010, £1 from every Greenhouse Gardens stamp set that I sell will be donated American Red Cross’ International Response Fund. The Red Cross is already well-established in Haiti, and this money will be used to provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.
As Stampin’ Up!’s CEO Shelli Gardner reports on her own blog, the company has bought some supplies for 5,000 hygiene kits. Staff at the head office at Utah were asked if they could help assemble these kits and there were so many volunteers that this task was completed in just one day.
For every set that I sell, I will match the donation, and will also be offering my own special offeer for this too, I will give free shipping to anyone purchasing this set from me, I will be delivered directly to your door from Stampin up, I will also be doing a special offer deal regarding this set please continue to read on to find out what it is!!
I made this card a quick one this morning using this stunning set of stamps, It is a two step stamp set, and you may require the stamp a ma jig to help you BUT it’s not absolute necessary you can do it without… I will be making a soecial offer on the stampa ma jig when you purchase from me both that and the Garden Greenhouse set! I shall give 10% off the stamp a ma jig as well as the free shipping that costs (£3.95) when you purchase both together!!
I am entering this card into Linda’s From Purely stamping Challenge, A new challenge called Tackle it Tuesday Colour Challenge.
