Weekend Craft Retreat
I’m excited to announce the details of my weekend craft retreat which is to be held at the recently refurbished bright and modern
Bexley Holiday Inn Hotel in Bexley Village
Booking is now OPEN, so if you would like to attend, please reserve your place as soon as possible, as my retreats are always very popular.
The event will take place over 2 days, and I have included options for you to join me for a single day, or both days. You will also receive a goodie bag worth £100 and table gifts. You will be kept busy crafting the whole time making stunning projects! I have included lots of information here for you, but if you have any questions, please let me know.
I promise to give you a fabulous, relaxing and creative weekend with others where we will have lots of fun!

What’s Included?
Saturday 2nd November, crafting from 10am – 5pm
Sunday 3rd November, crafting from 10am – 4pm

- Unlimited hot drinks including specialty coffees and cold drinks throughout the day

Raffle
One of my favourite things to do during my events is always the raffle. On Sunday, I will be holding a SUPER RAFFLE full of Stampin’ Up! Goodies that you can win. Tickets will be available to purchase on Saturday.
Saturday Night Dinner
Following feedback from the recent retreat, dinner on Saturday night will be optional. There are some fabulous restaurants in the vicinity, at the end of the road a 5 min walking distance plus takeaways including a fish n chip take away shop (I will be making a bee line for this)
Saturday Night Crafting
For those who are staying at the hotel, we will have access to the craft room after the event to carry on crafting! Happy Days!
Cost
£214.00 for both days
£162.00 for either Saturday OR Sunday
Accommodation
If you would like to stay at the venue, you can do this online on the Hotel website (If you are an IHG member you may be able to get discounted rate, if you are not you may wish to sign up for membership)
Room rates (include breakfast, free Wi-Fi and parking):
Standard Double room (sole occupancy) from £89 per room, per night.
Standard Double room (Double occupancy) from £99 per room, per night.

A Deposit of £60 is required to guarantee your place on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to be quick to secure your place, as the retreats are very popular and places are limited.
Balance due 30th September 2024
I offer a payment plan so you can split the cost into monthly payments (depending on when you book). Please note there is a cancellation fee should you need to cancel.
The Small Print….
Your deposit confirms your place and prices are inclusive of VAT. If you find that you need to cancel your place once booked, you must do so in writing and these are the cancellation fees.
Cancellations prior to the 30th September 2024 – you will lose your £60 deposit. We will refund any excess funds paid.
Cancellations after 30th September 2024 – You will lose 100% of your payment BUT you will be sent all the class kits, gifts, and more from the weekend.
