Your a Classic, with Stampin Up! Geared up Garage Suite Onstage projects.

Today I would like to share anther creation I made for the Display board using the Geared UP Garage Suite that I was given for my presentation at Onstage.

This time I took inspiration for the layout from a challenge blog, these are helpful as they have colour challenges and sketch layouts that you can follow to help you along. I will try and remember where I saw it and edit my post.

This card would make a great class project and whilst I used the dies to cut the car out , you could infect fussy cut by hand too.

I started by stamping the Oil Can in versamark to make my background  onto the Real Red Card Stock this ink pad is a clear ink and you can use in several ways, this time I used to get a tone on tone colour effect.   

I then layered up patterned papers onto black card stock adhered to the card blank adding some ribbon from the suite just under the strip of patterned paper.  I then cut circle from the Stitched Framelits,  Oh my theres more stitched Framelits coming Yayyyyyyy…….

I then used the versamark onto the car stamp and then added some black Ink and stamped this onto Smokey Slate Grey card stock and added clear embossing powder and head dried it to give a glossy effect.

I finished with some silver thread behind the car attaching using a glue dot,  added ribbon and and ribbon thread to the back of the circle , some red rhinestones and a Metal Embellisment added with a glue dot to.      I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set ink Memento Ink ..

Here is the suite. these will be available from the 3rd of January in the new Spring catalogue.
