Hello Stampin Friends,

Welcome to Global Design Project #GDP461.

We have a great fun colour challenge for you to follow this week over at Global Design Project! We have lots of inspiration for you on our Instagram and Facebook social, and a blog hop at the end of this post with some of our team members. The More Than Autumn Stamp Bundle was my stamp set of choice for this fun colour pallet!

Here is the challenge to follow this week:

More Than Autumn Stamp Set!

Today’s card is a fun twist on traditional Halloween colours, I have been playing with the More Than Autumn Stamp Bundle from Stampin Up! this week for a project and when I saw the colour pallet of the Global Design Project I knew what I wanted to create. A pistachio iced drink with a blackberry glazed donut such fun!

I have used a mash up of stamp sets for this card, I don’t know about you but I often have left over bits I keep in a pot from other cards I make and the leaves were already coloured from another card HERE, from the notes of nature stamp set which has sadly retired now but will always remain in my stash. The sentiment is from a set in the winter mini catalogue called Christmas Labels as is the more than autumn stamp bundle due to be released on the 4th Sept 2024.

Sadly there isn’t a Gorgeous Grape stamping Blend so I swiped some gorgeous grape ink onto a stamping block and then using a Wink of Stella brush coloured the donut and cream on the drink giving both a little glistening sparkle. The embossed background is created using the So Swirly embossing folder from the Annual Catalogue. I flicked white ink using a water brush and then wink of stella. Before adding al the elements on the white panel I flicked some basic black stampin blend ink across it.
