Hello Stampin Friends,

This month we have a fun theme over at the Creation Station Blog Hop, and we sure have some fun creations to share and inspire you! I have a super simple slider card to inspire you with.

You may have popped here via lovely Denita Wright HERE where Denita shares her fabulously cute creation so welcome to Simplyfairies Papercrafts! here in the UK. Let me inspire you to break out that Heat Tool!!

The theme this month is Up In The Air!

Adventurous Sky!

I have been creating some projects this month for Stampin Up! using fabulous Take To The Sky suite of products. I still suite of products on my desk when I checked the Blog Hop theme so I thought why not?

Now, my creation was inspired by the uber talented Elizabeth Price, I just loved the fun fold slider card she made on her facebook page and wanted to have a go, I think it’s perfect for both the set and the theme of the blog don’t you?

After making the mechanism of the slider card (which you can see on Elizabeth’s Seeing Inkspots fb page) I made a background using the background image from the set.

The patterned papers are from the suite called Take To The Sky. The Plane itself cut using Basic White and Patterned paper, the white piece I stamp the background image using Smokey Slate ink pad.

The decorative panel was cut using the Perennial Postage dies that have now moved from the paper copy of the catalogue, to the Online Exclusives section in my Online Stampin Up shop HERE!

We have a new basic colour added to our colours called Basic Beige, and I took a pice of the ribbon in the same colour and used a stam[in blend to colour the ribbon to match my colour palette on my card.
