Today I want to share with you a card I made for a team challenge I set my team, where we set a day aside for Casing the Stampin Up Catalogue!, CASE mens copy and share everything, I set the challenge each week and share a project to case, we can copy it straight or put our own twist on it , using the layout, the products or just the colours whatever suits!
Here is the project we are casing, It’s from the front cover of the Spring/Summer catalogue.
I have cased the layout, and the stripy patterned paper, I seem to be making mens cards recently, I have fallen for the Geared Up Garage suite big time!!
The patterned paper background is FREE from the beautiful Botanical Butterfly designer Series papers, Purchase the Geared Up Garage Bundle that includes the dies and get the papers Botanical Butterfly papers FREE.
I also love the new Rectangle Stitched Framelits, I cut a Basic Black frame using the 2nd and 4th largest dies. I did this again with some Whisper white, I adhered the white insert flat down onto the patterned paper, and then added the Black frame using dimensionals to raise it up. The motorcycle is hand cut from the Classic Garage 6×6″ Designer Series Paper and then adhered again using dimensionals.
The sentiment is stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and is from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set from the spring catalogue, and to finish Clear Rhinestone placed just where the cased project has them! casing is a fun way to help your mojo along when you need it!
